About The Speaker:
Mr. Ziad A. Bader is an architect and a construction manager with over 23 years experience. Mr. Bader obtained his Bachelors degree in Architecture (1988) and a Masters degree in Construction Management (1990) from The Catholic University of America, a distinguished and accredited university in the United States.
Mr. Bader’s career has progressed exclusively in the United States working as an architect, a construction manager, a real estate developer and finally as a consultant for commercial building companies in the USA. He has designed or built over 140 homes and many commercial projects throughout the Washington D.C. region.
As a consultant, Mr. Bader assists commercial construction companies with the scheduling, estimating, value engineering, coordination and construction management challenges of the building industry. Mr. Bader is also the principal of Avilla Custom Homes (a company in the USA) that designs and builds exclusive custom homes ranging in size up to 2000 square meters.
Establishing CSC
Mr. Bader is currently diverting his work experience to the establishment of Construction Services Center (CSC) a professional company in Amman, Jordan that primarily offers consultation services with international contractors entering Jordan; CSC also offers seminars in various design, building and construction topics.
Mr. Bader is the owner and speaker for his Jordan found company “Construction Services Center”.
Mr. Bader has written several magazine articles and is currently working on the writing of his book. ______________________________
